Marketing Director is responsible for providing strategic, data-driven marketing direction. This individual will be a thought leader that actively seeks opportunities to expose the Northwestern Mutual brand to key markets in our territories.This position serves as a program liaison to the Northwestern Mutual corporate offices and finds ways to connect advisors and teams to the marketing resources available.
This individual will focus on the support of our PCG level firms and have a tiered system to support marketing efforts of all advisors.

Desired experience
5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management.
Responsibilities
·Manage the Marketing Engagement Program (5-10 Advisors/Teams) - Responsible for Network Office Marketing Plan (Corporate Office Template for Marketing Funds)
·Oversee the tracking of the HO Budgets, Attendee Tracker
·Ability to coach career advisors & teams
·Be collaborative partner with our Corporate office, participating in training, thought leadership, knowledge - Bridge between Corporate and the Field (Marketing)
·Strong event planning experience - Ability to Negotiate and identity attractive experiences and opportunities for advisors in Corporate Marketing Engagement Program
·Assist with the onboarding of marketing for sophisticated advisors (PCG)
·Strong written and verbal skill required
·Be involved in marketing areas for the firm (recruiting, culture, events, public relations, philanthropy)
·Develop future marketing training for all segments of advisors with a tiered approach to service.
·Responsible for swag/gifting for the Network Office

Remuneration
•Base Pay: $70k-90k
•Bonuses- based on PCG firm growth and results of marketing scorecard
